Please fill out the form below the instructions
Welcome to the Employment Law Division of Bogin, Munns & Munns. We appreciate your interest in our practice area.
The following questionnaire can be useful to us in assessing your legal needs as an employee or employer. The information solicited helps to provide us with background information and a road map of issues to discuss with you once you contact us.
Although filling out this questionnaire would be very helpful for our attorneys to better assess your employment law issue(s), completing this questionnaire is not mandatory. You can simply call any of our offices and ask to speak to someone about your employment law question.
However, if you choose to complete this questionnaire between 8am and 4pm on normal business days, someone from the employment law department will contact you promptly to briefly discuss your issue(s) and schedule a paid initial consultation with you. If you complete this questionnaire during non-business hours, someone from the employment law department will contact you on the morning of the following business day.
Our paid initial consultations provide you with a face-to-face sit down meeting with a lawyer specializing in Employment Law. The meeting is scheduled to last up to an hour. In the meeting the lawyer will fully assess your legal issue(s) for you and provide recommendations on how our firm can further represent you going forward. Future representation can be provided on a variety of bases including, hourly rates, flat fees, or contingency representation if the merits of the case warrant it.
Please note that neither the holding of a consultation, the completion of the above questionnaire, nor merely contacting Bogin, Munns & Munns in the manner that you have creates an attorney-client relationship with you.
Bogin, Munns & Munns cannot represent you until the firm knows there would not be a conflict of interest, and the firm determines that it is otherwise able to accept the engagement. Any information or documents sent prior to your executing an engagement letter and submission of any required retainer deposit cannot be treated as protected by an attorney client privilege and may be determined by a court to not constitute protected information of any nature.
We will only become your attorneys once you have signed an engagement letter, and our firm’s fees and costs have been paid. Nothing herein is intended as legal advice, nor should you consider it as such unless otherwise directed.
It is intended only as general information with respect to a question that you have raised regarding this legal matter. You should not act upon any information herein without retaining professional legal counsel.
