Biography
My father and uncle founded BM&M in 1979. I learned quickly from them as a youth that the practice of law is first and foremost a helping profession. I desired early on to help the unfortunate navigate the often complicated legal arena. Great examples from great men in my family inspired me to become a personal injury attorney.
Prior to attending law school, I spent over a year working at BM&M in the personal injury department. I met with clients, investigated claims, and assisted the attorneys in representing individuals and families injured by another’s negligence.
My favorite aspect of practicing personal injury law is being able to help individuals and families seek redress and compensation via the legal system. Insurance companies have attorneys on their side. I relish the opportunity to level the playing field and assist the injured, the unfortunate, and the needy.
I’m a compassionate and hardworking advocate for my clients. I feel that trust is integral to a successful attorney/client relationship. I’m confident I provide well-reasoned and necessary counsel based on a relationship of trust and understanding.
If I had not been inspired to become a personal injury attorney, I’d be a water buffalo rancher. I’ve owned a few dozen water buffalo over the years. I love them! They are unique and curious animals. I would very much enjoy ranching, raising buffalo or cattle and working the land. I spent 2 years as a missionary for my church in Switzerland and France. When not helping my clients, I spend time with my family, serving in my church and in my community. I love sports and I love fishing.
