Earlier this week this series reported that the deadline for Payroll Protection Program applications was set to expire on June 30, 2020. That deadline has been extended to August 8, 2020.

Further – Governor DeSantis has extended the current statewide moratorium on evictions and foreclosures until August 1, 2020.

And finally, under the Federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act of 2020 (‘aka’ the Cares Act) residential foreclosures and foreclosure-related evictions of certain residential loans involved with a variety of federal agencies are extended until August 31, 2020. 1
