Graduated from Edgewater High School, Orlando, Florida (1968); full-time
missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints,
Tokyo, Japan (1969-1971); Brigham Young University (B.A., history,
cum laude, 1972); Brigham Young University Law School (J.D., cum
laude, 1975). 1976-1978 Associate with the law firm of Holland & Knight,
Lakeland, Florida; 1979 founded law firm of Bogin, Munns & Munns;
1985-1988 served as Mission President for the Japan Sapporo Mission
of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, duties included
administration of real estate, finances, and supervision of approximately
150 missionaries (ages 19-35). Languages Japanese.
