Born: February 14, 1964, in Honolulu, Hawaii. Graduated from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service. Received Juris Doctorate in 1995 from the Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C. Worked five years as a legislative aide and deputy press secretary, U.S. Senate (1987-1992). U.S. Army Reserve, Captain (1986-1997). Admitted to: The Florida Bar, 1996; U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, 1999; and United States Court of Appeal, Eleventh Circuit, 1999.
